Finance & Treasury

Our Finance teams include Treasury, Financial Reporting, Business Partnering, Financial Planning and Stress Testing, Strategy and Future Capability, and Operations. We work together to make sure we spend our customers’ money wisely.

Legal & Secretariat

Our Legal and Secretariat teams play a vital role ensuring the business runs smoothly.  Together, they empower our business to operate with integrity, precision, and confidence.

Our Legal team provide expert, practical advice across a wide range of legal topics, supporting the decisions that shape our future.  Our Secretariat team is the centre of our corporate governance, managing Board and Committee activity, to ensure everything runs to the highest standards.  

Human Resources

Risk

Our Risk teams play a vital role in helping us navigate uncertainty and protecting customers by ensuring Nationwide delivers in a safe and sustainable way.

Comprising of Enterprise Risk, Financial Risk Oversight, Operational Risk Oversight, Credit Risk, Modelling, and Economic Crime, Risk and Compliance, we work to deliver the best outcomes for our customers.
