We’re on the lookout for a visionary Engineering Lead with deep expertise in the SAP Fioneer Banking ecosystem, especially in end-to-end solution design and implementation. You’ll lead a diverse, talented engineering team that’s simplifying and reimagining the core banking technology landscape. Your leadership will be instrumental in unlocking our ability to deliver new products at speed — a cornerstone of our business strategy.

What you’ll be doing

• Lead and inspire a high-performing engineering team.
• Drive simplification and modernisation of our core banking stack.
• Collaborate closely with SAP Fioneer to build cutting-edge capabilities.
• Solve real-world integration challenges with practical, scalable solutions.
• Be a catalyst for innovation and pace across our product delivery pipeline.

About you

• Experience with large-scale, complex systems and integrations on SAP Banking Services technology stack
• Expert on SAPF Deposits Management, specifically in end to end card master data management and Mandates processing. 
• Understanding of SAPF Core Banking Architecture and future roadmap. 
• Hands on experience on software architecture and design principles, system analysis and configuration.
• Advanced problem-solving and analytical skills, that cut through complexity.
• A natural leader and mentor who brings the best in others. 
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills across technical and business teams. 
• Confident engaging with senior stakeholders, translating tech into strategy.
