Help & support
We’re committed to creating an inclusive culture where everyone can thrive – starting from the moment you consider a career with us.
We understand every journey is unique, and we’re here to make sure you feel supported, valued, and empowered every step of the way.
Our typical application journey:
Additional support
We’re not just guided by data – we’re driven by the real experiences of our people. That’s why we’re constantly evolving our policies and practices to make sure everyone feels genuinely supported, valued, and empowered to champion inclusion.
We know disabilities come in many forms – some visible, some not. They may relate to vision, hearing, mobility, speech, neurodiversity, learning differences, or something else. Whatever your needs, we’re here to support you.
From the moment you consider a role with us, we want you to feel at ease. You might need extra time, regular breaks, interview questions in advance, or the option to keep your camera off. Or you might need something different. We’ll work with you to make it happen.
Every adjustment is personal. For more complex needs, we may involve our in-house occupational psychologist or legal team. That way, we can make sure the right support is in place.
Disability Confident
We’re a Disability Confident Level 3 Leader, the highest level. The Disability Confident scheme is a UK government programme that helps employers hire, support, and keep disabled people in work. It gives advice and tools to help businesses become more inclusive. There are three levels to the scheme, each helping employers improve step by step.
Diverse interview panels
To help create a fair and inclusive hiring experience, we aim to use diverse interview panels wherever possible. This means your interview may be conducted by diverse colleagues from different backgrounds, experiences, and perspectives.
By bringing together a range of voices, we reduce bias and make more balanced decisions, helping us select the best person for the role, while giving every candidate a fair opportunity to succeed.
Workplace adjustments
Once offered a role, we’ll ask if there’s any adjustments that will help you feel more comfortable at work. It’s important to us that you have what you need to feel comfortable and set up for success from the start. Letting us know early helps us make any necessary arrangements in time for your first day and ensures a smooth, inclusive onboarding experience.
