We’re on the lookout for a visionary Lead Engineer with deep expertise in the SAP Fioneer Banking ecosystem, especially in Banking Webservices and Product Functional skills. Nationwide is undergoing a bold transformation — consolidating our systems into a unified SAP-based ecosystem while simultaneously modernising our stack to SAP S/4 Transactional Banking. You’ll lead a diverse, talented engineering team that’s simplifying and reimagining the core banking technology landscape. Your leadership will be instrumental in unlocking our ability to deliver new products at speed — a cornerstone of our business strategy.

About you

• SAP Fioneer Mastermind: You bring deep expertise in SAP Fioneer Banking Services 9 and TRBK 2.0, with a track record of delivering results.

• Full-Stack SAP Wizardry: From solution design and ABAP web services to system configuration, testing, and debugging—you’ve done it all.

• Architectural Visionary: You understand software architecture like a blueprint and design principles like second nature.

• Problem-Solving Pro: Complex challenges? You break them down and build smart, scalable solutions.

• People-First Leader: You’ve led teams, managed tasks, and inspired others to deliver their best.
